We're looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to assist users of our AI SaaS platform.
You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer experience by resolving technical issues, answering questions, and providing feedback to internal teams to improve the product.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with speed and professionalism.
Diagnose technical issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to report bugs and suggest improvements.
Build trust with users by delivering empathetic, knowledgeable service.
Requirements:
2+ years in customer support (preferably in SaaS or tech startups).
Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Passion for AI and emerging technologies (bonus).
