We're looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to assist users of our AI SaaS platform.

You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer experience by resolving technical issues, answering questions, and providing feedback to internal teams to improve the product.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with speed and professionalism.

  • Diagnose technical issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to report bugs and suggest improvements.

  • Build trust with users by delivering empathetic, knowledgeable service.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in customer support (preferably in SaaS or tech startups).

  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Passion for AI and emerging technologies (bonus).
