About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced AI UX Designer who is passionate about designing interfaces that are not just beautiful, but smart. You'll be working on applications where users interact directly with machine learning, and your job will be to make those interactions intuitive, trustworthy, and human-centered.
What You’ll Do:
Design UX flows for AI products (e.g., chatbots, dashboards, smart assistants).
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape product direction.
Conduct user testing and research with a focus on AI usability and explainability.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma or similar tools.
Advocate for ethical and inclusive design in human-AI interactions.
What You Bring:
3+ years of UX design experience (AI/ML products a big plus).
Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design and product thinking.
Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams, especially with engineers.
Familiarity with the strengths and limitations of AI technologies.
Ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points:
Experience with conversational UI or voice UX.
Interest in responsible/ethical AI design frameworks.
